Описание: Pipe Fittings: Various aspects of Using them Pipe fitting is meant for plumbing and piping system which is used in commercial and industrial industries. Fitting helps pipes to be joined properly so as to close them wherever required. These fittings can be found in market in different sizes and shapes. Besides, they can demand more time and can be expensive. They use distinct tools and materials to join and install. If you are working with plumbing or piping, then it is very essential to use pipe fitting. There is an assortment of fitting available in market. All pipes require a unique type of fitting but there are certain common features which are shared by all type of pipe fittings. Wherever materials for plumbing are sold, you can easily and conveniently find pipe fittings. How to connect pipe fittings with the pipe? You can find pipe fittings in two varieties, female fittings and male fittings. The female threads are there on the inner side in a threaded pipe fitting. Street fittings are those having a male and a female end. Tube and pipes can be connected using pipe fittings in two ways: Threading Threaded pipes are twisted together for joining them. In most cases, metal pipes have threaded fittings. Slip fit Sleeves are used with slip fit pipes and they slip into each other. Generally, plastic pipes are slip fit but they can also be threaded. What criteria should be considered in selection of pipe fitting? There are certain factors to be considered while selecting pipe fitting:Types of connection While you are embarking on the journey of buying pipe fittings, you must keep in mind that there are two types of connectors. It may be that one end is female threaded while the other female slip. Or it may be that one end is male slip while the other end is threaded when you are talking about plastic fittings. Besides, they are also available with matching ends, which can house all requirements. Construction materials It is a common phenomenon that the pipe fitting material should be same as the material used in the pipe. Nevertheless, at times, certain materials can also be used in pipes of made of any material. Checking it for flow In comparison to the rest of the pipe fitting, the end of the fitting should be made a bit larger in order to keep it flowing consistently. It will help in accommodation of the connection without causing damage to the pipe’s inner diameter. Fitting type In addition to the material of the pipe, the type of fitting should also be taken care of, which include threaded or slip fitting and male or female fit. Size Pipe fittings size is measured in different ways at the outside and inside end. The outside edge of the pipe fittings are measured in cases of male threaded fittings while in case of female threaded fittings, size is measure from inside edge of the inlet. Design Different pipes are designed to carry different fluids like gases, liquid or chemicals. In accordance to the purpose of the pipe, there are varied pipe fitting designs available. Thickness Pipe fittings are also available in different thickness same as pipes. Codes and standards Various organizations have set different standards in accordance of which pipe fittings are graded. Some of those standards associated with pipe fittings are ASTM, BSP, and ASME. What are the main uses of ppr pipe fittings? Ppr pipe fittings are the most commonly used materials in home decoration, and their capabilities are not small, such as water supply, hot water pipe systems, heating pipe systems and air conditioning pipes. Engineering hot water is generally directly related to the use of ppr pipe fittings, which are more stable, safe, easy to install, and cost-effective. Engineering hot water ppr pipe fittings can also be hidden. When the concealed pipe penetrates the wall, in order to ensure the safety, service life and maintenance of the pipe, a metal sleeve can be installed to ensure the installation of ppr pipe fittings. In installation engineering, ppr pipe fittings have the advantage of hot-melt connection. Pipes and pipe fittings are welded by temperature heating, so that water is not easy to leak, but the heating temperature and time need to be accurate and not too long. If the temperature is too high for too long, the pipes and fittings will be damaged by hot melt. If the time is too short and the temperature is too low, the pipes and fittings will be unstable and easy to burst. Nowadays, ppr pipe fittings are becoming more and more popular in society, involving water supply, sewage, irrigation, gas transmission and other uses. Due to its own advantages and characteristics, it can stand out in the pipeline market and occupy a very important position. PPR is a random copolymer polypropylene. In winter, the flexibility of PPR water pipes will decrease, while the rigidity will increase and flatten. If the pipe is impacted by an external force, the surface of the pipe will crack more seriously. Therefore, ppr pipe fittings manufacturers suggest that when we use or install ppr pipe fittings in winter, we need to be more careful to prevent pipe collisions and littering. Caring for the pipeline means caring for our own water consumption. Get to Know About PPR Pipe IntroductionPPR pipe as a common pipeline water supply system is widely used in various construction industries, including residential domestic piping systems, hotels and shopping mall plumbing projects, etc... So how much do you know the PPR pipe you are using? How do you select the best PPR pipe or fitting for your project? Through this article, let get to know about PPR pipe! What's PPR pipe? PPR pipes are a new type of environmentally friendly pipes, which also represent the development direction of drainage pipes in the future. So what is PPR means? PPR is a random co-polymer polypropylene, which is formed by random co-polymerization of propensity monomer and a small amount of ethylene monomer under the action of heat, pressure and catalyst. The ethylene monomer is randomly distributed in the long chain of propensity, and the ethylene monomer is generally controlled between 3-5%. The ethylene content and the polymerization method of ethylene and propensity determine its cold brittleness. Therefore, in winter, the flexibility of the PPR pipe will decrease, while rigidity will increase and flatten. If the pipe is impacted by an external force, the surface of the pipe will crack more seriously. Types of PPR pipeRIFENG as a global piping supplier and manufacturer, devoted to improving product quality and practicality. To meet the needs of global piping solutions, RIFENG has also developed the following new products, such as Basalt Fiber PPR Pipe, Anti-freeze PPR Pipe, etc... which can be used in each piping application. Do you know these types of PPR pipes? Keep reading! #Glass Fiber Composite PPR PipeRIFENG/RIIFO Glass Fiber Composite PPR Pipe consists of PPR inner and outer layers and a special mixture of Glass Fiber (GF) and PPR in the middle layer. It increases the rigidity of the pipe, improves the strength of the pipe, and reduces the linear expansion coefficient of the pipe. Advantage of Glass Fiber Composite PPR pipe:Low linear expansion coefficient (0,05mm/mK), long-term high-temperature operation without fear of deformation. Three-layer structure design, stable and reliable, strongly isolate light to ensure clean water.Excellent resistance to oxidation & corrosion, extraordinary chemical stability. Upgraded temperature and pressure resistance, the strength of the pipe exceeds the standard value by 80%, and the instantaneous working temperature up to 95℃. Thermoplastic composite pipe on the rise in the deep sea Visit the news pages of the Airborne Oil & Gas (AOG, IJmuiden, Netherlands) and Magma Global Ltd. (Portsmouth, U.K.) websites and you’ll come away with the impression that 2018 was a watershed year for these two leading manufacturers of thermoplastic composite pipe (TCP) for deep-sea applications. But don’t be surprised if 2019 news about this burgeoning market for composites eclipses that of the preceding year. A few notable achievements of 2018 for AOG: In June, the company commenced a qualification program for carbon fiber/polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) risers (pipes connecting subsea production systems and surface production vessels) for a major operator in South America. AOG worked in collaboration with Subsea 7 (Luxembourg), a major offshore installation contractor, on this project. In August, after an extensive five-year qualification program followed by the world’s first pilot installation on hydrocarbon (full well bore) service of a glass fiber/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) flowline (pipe that connects the well head to further processing equipment), Petronas (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) recognized AOG’s TCP flowline as having achieved technology readiness level 6 (beta prototype verification). “And we expect to reach TRL 7 in 2019,” reports Martin Van Onna, AOG CCO. Along with these successful qualifications and pilot programs, AOG reports a growing commercial track record, especially with its glass fiber/HDPE TCP. As for Magma, 2018 was equally eventful. In March, Tullow Ghana awarded a contract to Magma for a 2.5-kilometer flowline for its development of Tweneboa, Enyenra, Ntomme (TEN) offshore fields. In May, working with Ocyan (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), an offshore services company, Magma completed and received third-party validation of a Composite Multi-Bore Hybrid Riser (CMHR) design that employs Magma’s carbon fiber/polyetheretherketone (PEEK) m-pipe. Magma and Ocyan are bidding the CMHR for deep-water developments in Brazil. Magma announced in August that a joint initiative with Equinor (Stavanger, Norway) had secured £10.5 million in funding from Innovate UK, a government funding source, to qualify an all-Magma solution for jumpers (pipes that connect flowlines and/or subsea facilities). Finally, in November, the Energy Institute (London, U.K.) bestowed its 2018 Award for Innovation to Magma for its m-pipe, citing the pipe’s ability to solve the challenges of oil and gas production in deepwater reserves, as well as its ability to be reused. Valves - Choosing Between Ductile and Cast Iron Customers from all kinds of industries need valves of all varieties for their high-demand processes. Valves are available in a huge number of materials for any application imaginable. A few of these materials are PVC, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and ductile iron. In this post we will focus on two of those materials: ductile iron and cast iron. The argument of "ductile vs. cast iron valves" has been going on for decades, as not everyone knows the differences. Luckily, comparing valves made of ductile iron and cast iron is simple, as these materials have just a few major differences. We will outline properties of both materials and then go through the pros and cons of each. By the end of this blog post, you will be an iron expert! Cast Iron Valves Specifications Cast iron (also known as gray iron) is a type of metal that has been in use for hundreds of years. It is an alloy made from 96%-98% iron, 2%-4% carbon, and small amounts of silicone. It has impressive temperature tolerance, with some cast iron capable of handling temperatures over 2100F (1150C). When it comes to pressure, cast iron's strength depends on its pressure class. The two most common are class 125 and class 250. At less extreme temperatures, class 125 cast iron flange is rated for pressures between 150 and 200 psi. Class 250 cast iron is a bit tougher, with pressure ratings from 300 to 500 psi. These pressures can vary by end type. Cast iron is strong and will usually go undamaged even after going through intense vibrations. The main drawback of cast iron valves is that they are not very ductile at all. Virtually any bending will cause cast iron to crack and become useless. One great quality of cast iron is that it is not very expensive. As far as metals go, cast iron is usually the most economical option, which makes it a solid alternative for people on a budget. Ductile Valves Specifications The second material we're looking at is ductile iron. Ductile iron is a more modern iron alloy that is made with nodule-shaped graphite. This gives the material excellent ductility, so it will not necessarily break when bent. The temperature limit is a bit lower than cast iron, but it is still quite high at 1350F (730C). When it comes to pressure, ductile iron valves also use pressure classes: 150 and 300. At standard outdoor temperatures, class 150 ductile iron keeps a seal up to 250 psi. Class 300 can stand up to pressures as high as 640 psi. Ductile iron has excellent corrosion resistance, tensile strength, and yield strength. Unlike cast iron, ductile iron does not break when it is bent, so it is more suited for high demand applications. Ductile iron is a strong and reliable material for pipes, fittings, and valves. One drawback is price. Ductile iron is typically more expensive than cast iron due to its more complicated chemical makeup. If your application requires a tougher material, however, you may need to spend a little more.

Описание: About Fastener Materials GeneralFasteners are manufactured in a wide range of materials from common steel to titanium, plastic and other exotic materials. Many materials are further separated into different grades to describe specific alloy mixtures, hardening processes, etc. In addition, some materials are available with a variety of coatings or platings to enhance the corrosion resistance or alter the appearance of the fastener. Fastener material can be important when choosing a fastener due to differences between materials in strength, brittleness, corrosion resistance, galvanic corrosion properties and, of course, cost. When replacing fasteners, it is generally best to match what you are replacing. Replacing a bolt with a stronger one is not always safe. Harder bolts tend to be more brittle and may fail in specific applications. Also some equipment is designed so that the bolts will fail before more expensive or critical items are damaged. In some environments, such as salt water, galvanic corrosion must also be considered if changing fastener materials. Materials Stainless Steel Stainless steel is an alloy of low carbon steel and chromium for enhanced corrosion characteristics. Stainless steel is highly corrosion resistant for the price. Because the anti-corrosive properties are inherent to the metal, it will not lose this resistance if scratched during installation or use. It is a common misconception that stainless steel is stronger than regular steel. In fact, due to their low carbon content, many stainless steel alloys cannot be hardened through heat treatment. Therefore, when compared to regular steel, the stainless alloys used in bolts are slightly stronger than an un-hardened (grade 2) steel but significantly weaker than hardened steel fasteners. Unless great care is taken, stainless fasteners are susceptible to seizing up during installation, a phenomenon known as galling. Most stainless steel fasteners are much less magnetic than regular steel fasteners though some grades will be slightly magnetic. What is a Lead Screw?A lead screw is sometimes referred to as a “power screw” or a “translation screw”. They are used within motion control devices to transform rotary or turning movements into linear movements. Lead screws are threaded bars of metal and a threaded nut which is in direct contact with the screw; this generates sliding friction as opposed to rolling friction from other alternative devices (such as a ball screw). Rotational motion will turn the screw, causing the nut to move along in a linear motion. This, therefore, converts the motion from rotary to linear. They can be used for either vertical or horizontal movements and can use linear glides for support where necessary. They can be operated either manually or mortised depending on the application in hand. Where the screw itself is generally constructed of stainless steel, the nut can be various materials depending on what is better suited for the application. Heavy-duty applications will require a metal nut whereas other applications may require a plastic one. What is a lead screw used for? Lead screws are commonly used as a component within linear motion control systems. They are well suited to instrument grade applications such as; Laboratory and life science equipment including DNA sampling Fluid handling devices Engraving Rapid prototyping Data storage Inspection Heavy lifting applications – a metallic nut must be used for this type of application When selecting a lead screw, it is important to take into consideration the speed, thrust, accuracy and repeatability of the application. If you require assistance selecting a lead screw or would like to discuss your application please contact us. Advantages of Using Lead Screws Lead screws have many advantages – some of these are; High load-carrying capacity Compact Easy to design into a system Minimal number of parts Smooth operation Quiet Require little maintenance As well as the above advantages, lead screws from Heason also have the following; Competitively priced Flexible configurations Available in screw diameters as small as 6mm Self-locking, therefore, do not require a braking system Difference Between Nuts and Bolts In this article, we will discuss the difference between nuts and bolts. The nuts and bolts are the types of fasteners that are used in every manufacturing industry to join two parts together. Here we will try to learn all the possible differences between nuts and bolts. Difference between nuts and boltsWhat is Nut? It is a type of fastener that has a threaded hole. It is used with the conjugation of a bolt. The two partners (i.e. nut and bolt) are held together by the combination of their thread frictions, slight stretching of the bolt and compression of the part to be joined together. The nuts come with a different locking mechanism which prevents the loosening due to the vibration of the machine parts or the parts which they joined. They are mostly having a circular cross-section. The nuts have internal threads so that it can be easily tightened on the bolt. The size of the nut is small as compared with the bolt. The nuts experience compressive forces. It is the compressive stress that leads to its failure. The various types of nuts are: Hex nut, Nylon insert lock nut, Jam nut, Nylon insert jam lock nut, Square nut, Cap nut, Acorn nut, T- nut, Kep nut, Castle nut, Wing nut, Flange nut, Slotted nut, Coupling nut, etc. What is Bolt? A Bolt is a threaded cylindrical rod which is used with a nut. It is used to join two pieces together with a nut. It is a type of fastener. A bolt is externally threaded. It may be fully threaded or partially threaded. The bolts are cylindrical in shape. They are the solid cylinders with a head. The solid cylindrical part is called the shank. The size of the bolt is large as compared with the nut. The bolts experiences tensile forces. It is the tensile stress that leads to its failure. The various types of bolts are Anchor bolt, Carriage bolt, Elevator bolt, Flange bolt, Hanger bolt, Hexagon bolt/Tap bolt, Lag bolt, Machine bolt, Plow bolt, Sex bolt, Shoulder bolt, Square head bolt, Stud bolt, Timber bolt, T-head bolt, Toggle bolt, U-bolt, J-bolt, Eye bolts, etc. Aluminum Sheet Products Versus Aluminum Plate Today, aluminum materials make up 75 to 80 percent of a modern aircraft and aluminum has been used in that capacity since the birth of powered flight. In fact, even before the Wright Brothers first successful flight in 1903, Count Ferdinand Zeppelin used aluminum to make the frames of his airship that flew for the first time in 1900. And a few years later, the famed brothers from Dayton built a lightweight aircraft engine using a cylinder block and other parts made with aluminum. The reason for this is that aircraft requires building material that is inherently strong and lightweight. And aluminum has fit the bill beautifully since the dawn of manned flight. Because aluminum aerospace parts are about one third the weight of steel, which allows aircraft to carry more weight and be more fuel efficient than they could be if built with heavier material. In addition, the high corrosion resistance of aluminum is essential for aircraft safety. Aluminum parts are made from a variety of alloys grades of material and of different methods of production. These different alloys and grades are used for particular aerospace applications. Here are a few of the more common grades and uses: 2024 is typically used for cowls, aircraft skins, and common aircraft structures, as well as for repair and restoration. It is also the most common alloy used. 7075 is a high-strength alloy and used to strengthen aircraft structures. It is also one of the most common aviation industry grades after 2024. 5052 is an aluminum grade often used for fuel tanks because of its excellent moisture and corrosion resistance. 3003 grade aluminum sheet is commonly used for cowls and baffle plating. While aluminum can be formed as blocks, rods, and bars, two of the most common forms used in the aerospace industry are sheets and plates. Aluminum sheets and plates start with ingots of raw aluminum which are preheated before processing. Once the ingots are properly heated, the aluminum is fed into a breakdown mill and then formed into a thick sheet. From here, the sheet is rolled repeatedly until it is reduced to a thickness of just a few inches. After the rolling process, the rolled aluminum sheet is wound into a coil and cooled by passing them through several cold rolling mills. The cold rolling of the aluminum sheet is the final step of the process. As aluminum moves between rolls under pressure, it is reduced in thickness to create plate or sheets. Aluminum plate metal is .250 inches and thicker, while aluminum sheet is typically defined as a piece of metal that is less than .249 inches thick. Aluminum plate is the most often used in the aerospace, transportation, and military industries for heavy-duty applications. A unique attribute of certain aluminum alloys is their ability to become stronger at extremely cold temperatures. Because of this, aluminum plate is used for the skin of spacecraft fuel tanks and jets, as well as storage tanks. In addition, the high resistance to corrosion, its light weight, and its high strength, makes aluminum plate a common material for the structural sections of ships and railcars, as well as for military vehicle armor and even body armor.. Aluminum sheet and plate are widely used and in demand due to light weight, strength, high corrosion resistance, workability and versatility of aluminum alloys. Lead Screws vs Ball Screws: It's All about the Application Each type of actuator has its advantages and disadvantages. Before you can decide on what type of screw to use, you need to understand how the distinct characteristics of each match your specific application. What are the advantages/disadvantages of lead screws? Lead screws cost less. Lead screws are self-locking and do not require a braking system. Lead screws are better for vertical applications. Lead screws are generally less efficient, requiring greater torque and a larger motor and drive. Lead screws have higher friction and run a hotter temperature. Most lead screws are not well suited to high throughput, high speed applications or those with continuous or long cycle times. Lead screws need to be replaced more frequently. What are the advantages/disadvantages of ball screws? Ball screws require braking systems. Ball screws can have problems with vertical applications. Ball screws are more efficient, requiring less torque. Ball screws have lower friction and run at cooler temperatures. Ball screws require grease or oil lubrication to achieve design life. Ball screws need to be replaced less frequently. Ball screws are noisy. Ball screws require braking mechanisms to eliminate backdriving. Ball screws are more expensive than lead screws. How does my application dictate which one to use? Generally speaking, ball screws are better for applications that require smooth motion, efficiency, accuracy, precision, and prolonged continuous or high-speed movement. Traditional lead screws are more suitable for simple transfer applications for which speed, accuracy, precision, and rigidity are not as critical. However, a new generation of precision lead screws—such as those offered by HELIX? Linear Technologies—significantly increases lead screw accuracy. Using advanced thread-rolling processes and material composition technologies, HELIX offers precision engineering lead screws that are just as accurate and repeatable as ball screws. The primary question to ask yourself about your application is how critical is accuracy? If precision is a priority, you may want to choose a ball screw or a precision-engineered lead screw. Of course, there are always trade-offs to be made depending on your application. In addition to materials, assembly design, and accuracy, important variables to consider include wobble error, noise, maintenance, efficiency, and longevity. In most cases, evaluating the load, accuracy, and lead for your application will most generally answer the question of ball screw vs. lead screw. If the loading of your application turns out to be too great for a lead screw, use a ball screw or a precision-engineered lead screw instead. If you need help evaluating whether to use a lead screw or ball screw for your linear-motion application, contact us today.

Описание: What Is a Bath Bomb Press Machine & Can It Benefit My Business? The first step in any bath bomb making business is to understand what you're working with and how the ingredients work together to eventually give you the results you want. This is truly a science. Whether that be a colorful bath bomb, one that fizz's, floats, spins, foams, soothes or even one that has that special surprise inside. After you have figured out the purpose of your bath bomb(s), the next step is to make sure the ingredients work together to give you a mixture that will hold up to being molded and un-molded. Once you have achieved some of these steps, there are additional tools and accessories that can make your life a little bit easier. If you are simply looking to make bath bombs for fun to distribute at birthdays or holidays, or for kids to play with in the tub, a bath bomb press, or bath bomb molding machine is probably not necessary for you. However, if you're someone who makes and sells bath bombs for a living or a side job, a bath bomb press machine may be just what the doctor ordered. Making dozens of these treats everyday may be fun at first, but you will get to a point where you want to automate this process a little more, especially if you sell well online or through channels such as local, county fairs and other events where you are making large batches. There are several different press machines out on the market, including electric ones, to single and double press machines where you can do multiple molds at once. The great thing about these is they save your hands and wrists from that constant press together motion that can get quite cumbersome. Not only that, the newer presses are designed for a variety of bath bomb molds and designs, so no longer do you have to stick with only round bath bombs. Electric Bath Bomb Press: These are probably the best bath bomb presses because you do virtually no work or labor, it's simply getting your ingredients together to form the perfect mold and the machine does the rest. The downside of these bath bomb press machines, is there price-tag. If you look into getting an electric press from a reputable company you are easily looking at a couple hundred bucks to even over a grand. From experience, you get what you pay for with these. You can find these from places like Amazon or simply doing a search on google for bath bomb mold press machines. Regardless, make sure you read your reviews. Also, many of these automated mold presses come with there own recipes that work best for there molds, so keep that in mind. Here are one of the simpler electric bath bomb presses: Electra Press How to Professionally Package Bath Bombs To offer customers, a better in-store experience, retail bath bomb packaging should display the product's sight and smell. The vibrant colors and enticing aromas will help drive sales and increase attention while on store shelves. The packaging should also protect and enclose the product to prevent shattering when dropped or crushed. Heat shrink wrap is a clear protective packaging solution that uses vent holes to allow air to escape the film during shrinking. The small pin-sized vent holes enable smells to escape the packaging. Shrink wrapping offers a protective enclosure while displaying the bath bomb look and smell. The use of a thin shrink wrap film provides increased protection while still allowing easy opening. Customers can easily open the packaging by hand after purchase. The wholly sealed package also offers extra security from dropped or crushed bath bombs. The full enclosure prevents powders from exploding when dropped or damaged. The most affordable option for professional bath bomb shrink wrapping is the use of shrink bags, a heat sealer, and a shrink gun. The heat sealer seals the bag closed, and the heat gun shrinks the bag around the bath bomb. The finished look is the same as more expensive options, but more time is required to package each product. When looking at different machine options, the main difference is the efficiency of the machine. Higher costing shrink machines are much faster and capable of wrapping thousands of products daily. The 1519 is a shrink combo system capable of packing over 3,000 bath bombs daily. The recommended type of shrink film used for bath bomb packaging is a 45 - 75 gauge polyolefin shrink film. The lower the gauge, the thinner the film. A thinner film will allow for more effortless opening, but not provide as much break protection from dropped or crushed rolls. Polyolefin shrink film is softer to the touch than PVC shrink film and provides excellent clarity. Polyolefin shrink film is available in shrink bags and centerfold rolls. The bags come with a pre-made vent hole and rolls can be perforated by most machines. What is a Blister Packing Machine? Blister packing machines are special machines that are used as unit-dose packaging for tablets, capsules, etc. The device has a component of a bubble pack that may be a cavity or pocket made up of a formable film, usually a thermoformed plastic or cold-formed aluminum film. This usually features a lidding seal of aluminum foil. In other words, this is an electromechanical machine that has both moving and stationary parts that aid in packaging and sealing products in pre-formed cavities. The mechanical movements facilitate the formation of sized cavities on packaging material, filling, and sealing with appropriate materials. Using different packaging materials and principles of forming, Blister Packs could also be divided into three types:aluminum/plastic (thermoforming) bubble pack, aluminum/aluminum (cold forming) bubble pack, and aluminum/plastic/aluminum bubble pack. Types of Blister Sealing Machine Based on their operation process, the automatic blister packing machine is divided into three distinct categories. These are : Roller type blister packaging machine Roller plate blister packaging machine Flat plate blister packaging machine Automatic capsule filling machine working principle Automatic capsule filling machine is a fully automatic capsule filling machine, with which capsule separation, filling and locking can be done automatically. The machine that can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs. Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is divided into intermittent motion type and continuous motion type, and the intermittent motion type account for the majority of the market, so the following discussion will take this type of machine as example. The core part of the intermittent motion type automatic capsule filling machine is the round filling stations in the center: Capsules rectification Separation of capsule caps from bodies Filling medication Wasted capsules rejection Capsule locking Filled capsuled ejection Cleaning Most of factory-fresh empty capsules are joined capsules whose caps and bodies are joined together. Capsules need to be rectified for filling process. Capsules are randomly poured into the capsule delivery plate with a plurality of circular channels inside. These channels are suitable for a capsule to go through, and the lower part of each channel is equipped with spring pieces. During operation, the capsule delivery plate reciprocates up and down, and makes capsules enter holes and be stuck by the spring piece. Then the capsule delivery plate moves downward to make the spring piece releases the capsules, and then capsules falls. Capsules need further rectification as it may be body end downward or cap end downwards when falling. The capsule falls in front of the horizontal fork. Due to the special structure, the horizontal fork always acts on the middle part of capsules bodies of which the diameter is smaller. Because of the different center of gravity, the capsule will be moved as the capsule body ahead, whether the capsule is capsule body end downward or cap end downwards. Then the capsule direction will be adjusted again by the vertical fork. So that all capsules enter the segment as capsule body downward. Now, the capsule rectification is completed. Generally, automatic capsule filling machine has different models available depending on holes on the capsule tray. Take our NJP series automatic capsule filling machine as an example: 6 holes for 9 holes for 1200C, 18 holes for 2000C, and 24 holes for 3500C. It shows how many capsules the machine can fill per time, and affect the maximum filling speed. Most automatic capsule filling machines can fill capsule of different sizes by changing mold. Separation of capsule caps from bodies The capsule tray is transferred to the capsule separation station, and the vacuum divider raises to make its upper surface close to the lower surface of the lower segment without gap. The capsule will be separated by vacuum because of the difference of the diameter of capsule caps and bodies. Capsule caps will be stuck to the upper part of the capsule tray and capsule bodies will go downwards. After separation, the upper and lower part of the capsule tray will be separated and be transferred to their respective stations. Filling medications Capsule body will be conveyed to the filling station for filling medication. There are many ways of filling medication, mainly are the tamping filling, intermittent dosator filling, dosage cylinder filling and vacuum filling. Tamping fillingTamping filling use tamping punch to make powder compacted. The dosing disc will turn for once after taming to transfer the powder to next tamping punch and powder over the dosing disc will automatically fill the dosing disc holes. And after tamping, the powder will be filled into the capsule body. With this method, the dosage is relatively accurate dosage, and the error is as low as 2%. And it is able to fine-tune the powder plug dose by adjusting the lifting height of the tamping punch. But this method is applicable to powder of good fluidity

Описание: How To Buy A Bike For Your Child? KIDS BIKE SIZING AND BEST BIKES FOR KIDS So, your child is interested in bikes - time to welcome your little one into the sport you love! Whether your child is just three years old and ready for their first bike, or they're ready to explore roads or trails, we have put together a few tips to make buying your child a bike a little less confusing. Unlike bicycles for adults, children’s bikes are not sized based on the frame height or length. Instead, they are offered in sizes based on wheel size. Below is a chart you can use to determine the approximate size your child would need. Although children who are taller for their age may be able to size up to a larger wheel, they may not be as well equipped to deal with other changes as the bikes get larger: like multiple gears and hand brakes instead of coaster brakes. Sizing charts are a good place to start when choosing a bike for your child, but not a definitive answer. Once your child is over 4’10” (147 cm), they can ride an adult size bike with 26, 27.5, 29 or 700c wheels. Your Kid's First Bike: Balance Bike VS Training Wheels When you go to purchase your child’s first bike, you will have three options: tricycle, training wheels or balance bike. What’s the difference? We will break it down for you: Tricycle: A bicycle with three wheels! Children’s tricycles are usually very low to the ground and therefore very stable. However, unlike a bicycle, trikes do not develop the skill of balance and are a bit hard to maneuver. They sure are cute though! Training Wheels: An add-on part that can be attached to a two-wheeled bike. For a lot of parents, this is how you learned to ride a bike. Training wheels sound like a great deal because the child can learn to ride with the training wheels on and when the time comes to pop the training wheels off, you have a regular bike. The downside of training wheels is that the child does not learn to balance, but instead relies on those extra wheels like a crutch. Training wheels can also be a bit unstable for young riders. Balance Bikes: With only two wheels and no pedals, these bikes require the child to sit on the saddle, scoot, and balance. Many resources say balance is the hardest part of learning to ride, so transferring to a pedal bike is easier for children that start out on a balance bike. Ultimately, the choice is up to you and your family. Your local bike shop can also help you make the right decision for your child. Top Reasons Why Workout Gear and Equipment Is So Important When it comes to exercises, everyone has different preferences. Some prefer easy walking or jogging, which requires no gear or equipment, other than good running shoes. How does post workout massage help?A massage after exercise helps by flushing out waste products and stimulating the body's healing process. Massage helps after exercise by removing waste products and toxins out of the muscles. Exercising regularly can promote soreness and fatigue in the muscles caused by a build up of waste products. Lactic acid is produced in the muscles during exercise and contributes towards delayed onset muscle soreness. Delayed onset muscle soreness is the result of microscopic tearing of the muscle fibres. Tearing can be associated with inflammation in the muscle which causes pain. Post workout massage can help to reduce and prevent the effects of delayed onset muscles soreness. Massage post workout also helps by increasing blood fresh blood to the muscles and help repair any damaged tissues. Fresh blood flow to the muscles after exercise is important in carrying nutrients to the tissues so they can be repaired quickly. Exercise can often be exhausting and have psychological effects on the body. Regular post exercise massage can decrease depression, elevate mood, reduce anxiety and motivate the body to return to an exercise regimen. Massage is an effective and beneficial treatment used after exercise. Massage can contribute to a quicker and more complete recovery. A quicker recovery enables people participating in exercise to continue training sooner and reducing risk of injury. Massage techniques are used to relieve tension built up from exercise and stretch out muscle fibers preventing tightness. Massage post workout reduces and prevents the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness. Delayed onset muscle soreness causes pain, stiffness and fatigue which can prevent continuation of training. Massage therapists at Manchester Physio provide massage therapy services for tight muscles to treat a range of conditions. Preparing Your Grill For Storage Critters It's not unheard of for wildlife, especially mice, to decide that an unused grill would be a perfect place to create a nice home for the winter. The lid provides a great roof to protect them from the elements, and leftover bits of grilled meals make for a nice supply of food. If your grill is going to remain outside over the winter, it's even more important to clean out the inside. For gas and electric models, use a grill brush to brush the grates, flavorizer bars, and burners clean and scrape all the interior surfaces with a putty knife. Push all the loose debris into the slide-out grease tray and into the disposable drip pan. Then be sure to empty the disposable drip pan! For charcoalmodels, make sure to brush the cooking and charcoal grates clean. After that, scrape the interior surfaces with a putty knife and push all of the loose debris into the ash catcher below the bowl of the kettle. Then empty the ash catcher. The idea is that you want to remove as much grease and food residue as possible, as it attracts unwelcome wildlife. If you're unlucky enough to open your grill in the spring and find that some critters used it as their winter home, don't panic. Just clean out whatever presents they've left, light up the grill, and let it run on high for at least 15 minutes to clean the inside. Mold The same conditions that can make a grill attractive to wildlife also make for an ideal environment for mold to grow. Mold typically doesn't grow at temperatures below freezing, but the last weeks of fall and first weeks of spring can have temperatures that are very appealing to mold. Since mold grows and feeds on organic matter, and leftover food and grease are exactly that, the inside of a dirty grill is a perfect place for it to grow. Cleaning out the inside of the grill will greatly diminish the chances for mold to develop. If you happen to find mold in your grill, don't panic. Clean out the mold by scraping it off of any surfaces it has grown on, and let your grill run on high for at least 15 minutes before grilling on it. Corrosion & OxidationLeaving grease and food residue in the grill over the winter can trap moisture, which can promote the development of corrosion and oxidation. Cleaning your grill before any lengthy period of time when it won't be used, will help reduce the chances that corrosion or oxidation will develop on the grill components, which will prolong the life of the grill.

Описание: Benefits Of Faucet Aerators As a homeowner, you constantly look for ways to improve the way your home functions. You may change your habits or renovate your home systems to conserve water and energy, improve user experience, and save money in the long run. One of the most cost-effective steps a homeowner can take to optimize their home is to install faucet aerators. In this blog, we explain how these tools work and list nine common benefits of faucet aerator use. What Is a Faucet Aerator and How Does It Work?Faucet aerators come in two varieties: one compatible with showerheads and one intended for the standard faucets in your kitchen and bathroom. Each aerator consists of a small screen which spans the opening of the faucet. This screen serves to break up the water stream into many smaller streams. This function introduces more air into the stream without reducing the perceived water pressure. What Benefits Do Faucet Aerators Provide?Aerators help reduce and regulate water flow from specific faucets. Using an aerator can have the following nine benefits. 1. Decreased Faucet Noise If you have noisy faucets, installing an aerator can reduce the disruptive sound. Because an aerator increases the air in the water stream, it reduces gurgling and whistling noises that can come from uneven water flow. 2. Lower Water Bills When you use an aerator, you use less water to accomplish the same task. This reduction can save you money on your water bills. 3. High Return on Investment A basic aerator can cost as little as $5. But because correct usage can help you save big on your water bill, this cost comparison makes aerators one of the most cost-effective renovations available. 4. Improved Water Pressure If you suffer from low water pressure, installing an aerator often solves the issue. Higher pressure builds up behind the aerator, creating a steadier stream. This characteristic makes aerators a smart addition for homeowners living in homes with older plumbing or inconsistent water supply. 5. Increased Filtration Because aerators consist of small screens, they increase the particle filtration for an individual faucet. A high-quality aerator can work in tandem with your filtration system to keep your water cleaner and clearer. Just make sure that, if you often have dirt or debris problems, you clean your aerator regularly to prevent buildup. Why are certain faucet components built out of plastic? If carefully selected, plastic is an essential material used for faucet components – to ensure water safety and to provide hard-wearing and long-lasting fixtures. There are varying ways plastic is used in faucets and it is often perceived as less durable or less suitable for high-quality products. However, this is not always correct. Depending on the manufacturer and the specific type of plastic used, it comes in multiple forms, functions and qualities. Here's all you need to know. In Oras faucet applications, composite and hard-wearing plastics can be the optimal solution and are indispensable to deliver high performance and durability. Depending on the type and properties of the plastic used, plastic covers a wide range of applications in faucets. Plastic can be used for: The outer body and handles The cartridge and valves Spout interior The aerator Pipes and connections Etc. So what's the difference and which type of plastic is used for which part of the faucet? Here are the kinds of plastics that you should know about. Composite material Composite material combines two or more separate materials and can be used in covers, spouts, bodies, levers and battery cases. These include reinforced plastics, such as glass fibre and polymer or ABS composite, such as ABS engineering plastic-chrome combinations. Composite plastics can also be moulded on to various components, in the form of plastic-plastic, plastic-metal or plastic-rubber combinations. Combined with PSU (Polysulfone) engineering plastic, for example, the composite structure is often used in medical technology as it’s physiological inert and extremely durable in high temperatures. Composite is a strong and durable, yet also light material, which is why it widely used in industries such as medical, aerospace and automotive. ABS engineering plastic ABS engineering plastic components are widely used in products such as laptops and mobile phones. It is a strong and durable material, which offers good resistance to high and low temperatures and chemicals. As plastic does not heat up the same way as metal does when in contact with hot water, it is a perfect material to be used in faucet levers, outer bodies and covers, handles and shower heads. Additional benefit of ABS is that it can be chrome-plated, which makes it an easy-to-process material. Top 3 Reasons to Include a Foot Pedal Controlled Faucet A faucet controlled by a foot pedal valve works like a single lever faucet and can be connected to any faucet type. The hardware for the pedal is available in an array of finishes and colors to complement your kitchen cabinets and hardware, like the example pictured to the right. It attaches at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and is connected by stainless steel hoses to the supply valves and faucets. The water temperature is set using the faucet handles and the foot pedal can be locked in place to use the faucet in a conventional manner. The foot pedal control also allows you to manage the volume of water flowing from the faucet. Why include a foot pedal controlled faucet? 1. Hygiene When you are preparing a chicken and have just finished handling raw meat, what is the first thing you want to do? Wash your hands! This can be difficult when you have just been touching the meat as bacteria is easily spread from your hands to the kitchen faucet. A foot pedal faucet control means you do not have to worry as you simply turn the water on with the foot control and safely wash your hands without touching anything. 2. Ease of Use Kitchen jobs require multitasking and mean your hands are usually occupied. Handling food, baking, and cleaning up greasy pots and pans keep the hands full and require frequent use of the faucet for hand washing and food preparation. Juggling these tasks while maintaining kitchen hygiene can be challenging. With a foot pedal controlled faucet you can fill a large pot or wash food without having to put them down first to turn on the water. 3. Efficient Use of Water The foot pedal controlled faucet is also a more efficient way to use your kitchen water supply. It allows you to turn the water on and off using the foot levers in order to avoid waste. This saves on home water usage and is beneficial for the environment. You are also able to control the volume of water released, which is especially useful when rinsing large pans or baking sheets as it helps to ensure you have sufficient water flow without excess water splashing out of the sink. What are the advantages of sensor taps compared to traditional hand-operated taps? At Ecoprod our main aim has always been to offer products that help our clients to conserve water (indeed, weve written before about the importance of water saving for all of us). Sensor taps generally include an aerator in the spout which disperses the water and means that much less is needed for washing than is the case with traditional taps. This means that sensor taps generally have a much lower flow rate than traditional hand-operated basin taps. Traditional taps can use up to 10-15 litres of water per minute. In comparison, our Conti+ taps offer flow rates of as little as 2 litres per minute, up to 70% less than traditional taps and our miscea taps use around 60% less water than traditional taps. We sometimes speak to customers who are concerned that switching to sensor taps might increase their energy usage, given that sensor taps need electricity in order to work. However, there are many more factors to consider when determining the energy efficiency of taps. Whilst traditional hand-operated taps don’t require any electricity for their operation, they are extremely inefficient in other ways. Choosing the user's preferred flow and temperature every time a traditional tap is turned on wastes a great deal of energy. In contrast, sensor taps enable you to keep water at a constant temperature so you don't need to expend energy changing the water temperature. For this reason, taken as a whole, they tend to be much more energy efficient than traditional hand operated taps. What are aerators? Aerators are small attachments that are fitted at the end of water taps or can be inserted inside the spout. With water levels falling drastically and several states across India facing a severe water shortage, a simple device called an aerator could come in handy in controlling the flow of water in households and thereby conserving it. Aerators are small attachments that are fitted at the end of water taps or can be inserted inside the spout. The purpose of an aerator or flow regulator is to maintain a constant rate of water flow, which is not affected by pressure fluctuations. Aerators come in the form of mesh screens that divide the flow of water into multiple small streams by adding air in between.

There are different sizes and shapes of valves and each has various dimensions, functions and applications to it. The industry has numerous use of the Ball valves and in order to ensure that these valves remains functional during the operation, it is safe to maintain it before it gets corroded away. Regular cleaning and lubrication to ensure the smooth functionality is key to their life span. These valves are categorized into five general bodies which includes three piece bodies, two piece bodies ,single body top entry, a split body and welded. The following qualities make them an excellent choice for controlling various applications and sometimes they are preferred over any other valves which has less control in the throttling applications. Advantages Of Ball Valves They provide leak-proof service, Open and close quickly, Compared to gate valves, they have very small dimensions, Compared to gate valves, they are lighter, The multi designed flexibility does not exist in the Gate or Globe valve, and hence it lowers the amount of valves needed, These valves are manufactured in different sizes and shapes providing flexibility in selection,The high quality valves provide safe service under high temperature and high pressure conditions, andCompared to other valves, they are controlled with less force. The main disadvantages of these valves are as follows:The position of the valve handle is rotated, Could not be used for throttling, andThese valves with drive mechanism should be installed upright. At Boson Engineers, we have a wide range of valves that are manufactured according to customers specific needs which includes the ball valves that are designed using the latest technology and is suitable for crucial operations. Our valves are easily accessible and can be maintained easily with low maintenance cost, high quality and are resistant to corrosion. Strainer Valve: a basic guide to know it betterStrainer valve can be defined as a pipe fitting through which liquid is passed for purification, filtering or separation from solid matter; anything used to strain a liquid; any device functioning as a sieve or filter used to prevent solid bodies from mixing in a liquid stream or flow line. Strainers arrest pipeline debris such as scale, rust, jointing compound and weld metal in pipelines, protecting equipment and processes from their harmful effects, thus reducing downtime and maintenance. A Y Strainer valve takes its name from its configuration and is most commonly used in pressurized lines, gas or liquid. They can also be used in suction or vacuum conditions. Y-Strainers are intended for applications where small amounts of solid particulate are expected and where clean-out will be infrequent. If solids are flushed easily from the screen, and fluid can be exhausted to atmosphere, a blow-down valve on the drain port will allow clean-out without removal of the screen and without interrupting the process flow. A Y-Strainer has the advantage of being installed in either a horizontal or vertical position. Obviously, in both cases, the screening element must be on the down side of the strainer body so that the entrapped material can be properly collected in it. In horizontal steam or gas piping, Y type strainer should be installed in such a manner so that the pocket is in the horizontal plane. This stops water from collecting in the pocket which can cause erosion and affect heat transfer processes. In liquid systems, the pocket should point vertically downwards. This ensures that the removed debris is not drawn back into the upstream pipework during low flow conditions. Although it is recommended to install strainers in horizontal lines, this is not always possible, and they can be installed in vertical pipelines if the flow is downwards, in which case the debris is naturally directed into the pocket. What is Gate Valve? A gate valve can be defined as a type of valve that used a gate or wedge type disk and the disk moves perpendicular to flow to start or stop the fluid flow in piping. A gate valve is the most common type of valve used in any process plant. It is a linear motion valve used to start or stop fluid flow. In service, these valves are either in a fully open or fully closed position. When the gate valve is fully open, the disk of a gate valve is completely removed from the flow. Therefore virtually no resistance to flow. Due to this very little pressure drops when fluid passes through a gate valve. To achieve proper sealing, when the valve is fully closed, 360° surface contact is required between disk and seats. Gate valves should not be used for regulation or throttling of flow because accurate control is not possible. The high velocity of the flow in the partially open valve may cause erosion of the disc and seating surfaces and also creates vibration and noise. Globe Valve — Introduction, Advantage, Disadvantage and Application. A Globe valves is a linear motion valve and are primarily designed to stop, start and regulate flow. The disk of a Globe valve can be totally removed from the flow path or it can completely close the flow path. Conventional Globe valves may be used for isolation and throttling services. Although these valves exhibit slightly higher pressure drops than straight through valves (e.g., gate, plug, ball, etc.), they may be used where the pressure drop through the valve is not a controlling factor. The globe valve is used for throttling flow control. Shut off is accomplished by moving the disc against the flow stream rather than across it as in the case with a gate valve. The flow pattern through a globe valve involves changes in direction, resulting in greater resistance to flow, causing high pressure drop. The globe valve is an excellent valve to use in high pressure operation of steam. Our globe valves are factory-made with quality material for long term use. Available in tee, wye, and angle patterns, each offering unique capabilities Easy to machine or resurface the seats With disc not attached to the stem, valve can be used as a stop-check valveDISADVANTAGES: Higher pressure drop (compared to a gate valve)Requires greater force or a larger actuator to seat the valve (with pressure under the seat)Throttling flow under the seat and shutoff flow over the seatThe following are some of the typical applications of Globe valves:Cooling water systems where flow needs to be regulated Fuel oil system where flow is regulated and leaktightness is of importance High-point vents and low-point drains when leaktightness and safety are major considerationsFeedwater, chemical feed, condenser air extraction, and extraction drain systemsBoiler vents and drains, main steam vents and drains, and heater drains Turbine seals and drainsTurbine lube oil system and others What is a Needle Valve? A needle valve is a type of valve which can be used to regulate flow of a substance, usually either gas or water, through an appliance or system. The unique feature of the value is the inclusion of a small plunger, with a shape akin to a needle. The plunger features a small handle, known as a handwheel, to enable easy and precise turning of the valve. When fully attached, the elongated end of the valve fits exactly into what is known as the seat, a part of the appliance that is being regulated. However, if the valve is turned, space opens up between the needle and the seat, which will result in a minimal amount of substance able to pass through the needle valve. One design feature of most needle valves dictates that a considerable number of turns are required to make even a small amount of space open up. This enables gradual, accurate and precise control over the amount of liquid/gas that can pass through the valve. Additionally, this can prevent damage to gauges which could be affected by sudden bursts of liquid/gas, and allows for better control and regulation in general. Some types of needle valves are connected to an automated system and do not require manual regulation. These will either operate on timers or respond to external data to regulate the closure and opening of the valve as appropriate. These can be found in many types of engines and gas piping. This allows for the operation of the valve to be optimal for the substance and system that it is required for and will likely reduce the chances of damage through incorrect operation of the valve. Needle valves are commonly made of robust and durable materials, such as copper or steel. However, valves made from plastic and brass are sometimes used depending on the specific requirements of the valve. Needle valves are used in many different systems and applications, often featuring in carburettors. Needle Valves can also be found in some water heaters, used to regulate pressure inside a device. This can also ensure that the appliance is running at maximum efficiency, without excess water being used. In larger scale usage and delivery to numerous consumers, needle valves can be used to regulate delivery of a product and relieve pressure on the systems used to distribute the relevant substances. Needle valves are also sometimes used in vacuum systems, in order to release a controlled yet steady supply of gas without a great amount of pressure. The valve allows supply of gas to be slowed down considerably before being shut off. This can minimise stress and strain on internal machinery and components. One hindrance of using needle valves is the lack of visual feedback regarding exact amounts of pressure being placed upon a system. As the entire operation of the valve takes place inside machinery/piping, it is impossible to gauge this from sight. There are instances of additional devices being installed allowing operators to monitor levels of pressure being exerted upon a system. With automated needle valve systems, this is less of an issue. Needle valves, by their design, allow pressure to be added/relieved in very small increments. Needle valves are invaluable for many systems and machines, as they help to maintain these and prevent significant damage.

Sports toys are not for some children, but there is no denying the many benefits they can bring. Here are the five key benefits on your kids that would make you want to buy for them: Develops motor skills and hand-eye coordination Sports toys are always great if you want your kid to develop motor skills and practice hand-eye coordination. This is simply because there is no sport that doesn’t require you to move. Sports toys increase motor skills by letting your kid move along with the game or to encourage your kid to practice. As he or she does this, their hand-eye coordination is enhanced too. Strengthens bones and muscles Sports toys strengthens your kids’ bones and muscles because they are being exercised when your kid plays with sports toys. For example, when you give your kid a bike, their leg muscles will be exercised and it will improve and strengthen if your kid keeps on biking. If you give them a basketball or a volleyball (or any other sports equipment), other muscles in the body will also be toned. Helps keep your kids in good shape This benefit simply says that sports toys help keep your children healthy. This is because the more your child plays with them, the more movement they do and the more fats they burn. This doesn’t mean that you train your children to always burn fat and calories. Quite the contrary, sports toys help your child to automatically burn calories without having them to be conscious of their health. Their metabolism is also automatically trained to be fast and this prevents them from becoming obese in the long run. When it comes to exercises, everyone has different preferences. Some prefer easy walking or jogging, which requires no gear or equipment, other than good running shoes. Others like to use hand-held weights, and still, others prefer full Fitness Equipment for their daily workout routines. The type of equipment and gear chose will vary depending on an individual’s fitness and health goals. Here are some benefits of using proper workout tools to enhance health and body. 1. Better Control When joints and muscles are overworked due to extreme exercise, the body tires easily. Using a proper gym machine will help avoid injury. By controlling the path of motion and matching the amount of force to the strength of muscles, the body gets a more efficient and safe workout. 2. Better Resistance For those who want to gain optimal muscle strength, bodyweight exercises aren’t necessarily enough, especially if the goal is to increase muscle mass and size. External resistance is required, which enables the person to improve their strength and achieve the desired outcome. Proper equipment and exercise machines allow for adjustable weights and sizes, depending on the person’s ability and stamina. 3. Better Time Efficiency A variation of gear and equipment enables people who want to improve their body the chance to have efficient circuit training. This is when they perform transitional exercises with minimal rest in-between sets. Having equipment such as machines, kettlebells, and stationary bikes make it easy to design personalized programs and get the most out of one’s limited time or schedule. Knowing what yoga equipment to buy can be a daunting task for anyone, especially newbies. And if you’re looking for more massage tools, we’ve written about massage chairs and recliners, foot massagers (both manual and electric), and a percussive massage device beloved by professional athletes. Bubble Toys are an excellent way to help your baby or toddlers developing visual skills. We are not born with the visual skills we need for learning, including the skills to fix, follow, track, focus, converge, diverge and so on. These skills need to develop over time. How well your baby develops her visual skills, from the earliest months of life, will help her learn now as well as later at school. Because bubbles are both eye catching and slow moving they are a great way to help your little one learn to use her eyes and develop these skills. Interactive toys are nothing new today, but there are some more “traditional” ones that have a huge audience and fan base, such as model railroading, which is evolving, but still going strong. Then there are the boats. And, similar to model trains, RC planes are still popular although the hobby – and the industry – is changing and evolving with technology and tastes. But the cars… nothing beats the intimacy and excitement of operating a remote control car! With the “epidemic” of video game playing in the United States, especially boys, just getting outside to play is a benefit for kids. Perhaps the best way to introduce kids to using Remote Control Toys is to go out with them. And a great way to foster that interest and make it more valuable, is to continue to participate. In fact, going with your child to play with their RC cars is a perfect way for families to spend quality time together.
